Alkiviadis Tsitsigkos (Alkis) is an Executive & Life Coach and the founder of Mirror Up Coaching®. He works with growing leaders and people in transition when external change has outpaced internal clarity. They leave as a clearer, more empowered version of themselves, with identity and purpose taking shape, not with a plan written for them.
He outpaced himself climbing fast: from hospitality at seventeen through technology leadership to Group VP at Hexagon. Sixteen-plus years of leadership, including global senior leadership across multicultural organisations in London, Bratislava, Zurich, and regular work with India.
He now holds the mirror with meraki (Greek: craft and heart) so work and life can stay one person. You don't need to arrive polished. You stay in the driver's seat (distinct from therapy, mentoring or advice). Online from Zurich in English, Greek, and German.
