Martha and Alexandra are a mother–daughter team based in Switzerland, working internationally in English and Spanish. They help women, couples, and families connect and communicate more consciously — with themselves, one another, and the world around them. Through private mentoring, retreats, workshops, and online programmes, they guide people toward deeper self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and lasting transformation.
